Using your monitor on holiday

If you are taking your Angelcare Monitor overseas, please ensure you package the monitor well to avoid damage in transit; any damage caused is not covered under the Angelcare warranty.

When using outside of North America your monitor may work using the Parent Unit and Nursery Unit however we cannot guarantee this, they may lose connection. This is due to the difference in frequencies that North America & International monitors operate on. This frequency cannot be changed on the monitor, they are specifically set per country.

In the event that your Parent Unit actually loses connection whilst on holiday, using just the Nursery/Camera Unit you can continue to use the Sensor Pad to monitor your baby’s movements. You do not need to have the Parent Unit ON.

With regards to different voltages/plugs for your AC Adaptors please use the appropriate mains AC Adaptor which can be supplied by the local Angelcare dealer, please click here to be directed.

NOTE: Standard alkaline batteries will not last for more than a few days in the event that a power supply is not available, this is an alternative option.
