AC517: My Parent & Camera Unit have lost connection, there is no display

No problem, see the following process for how to re-connect the units:

Switch ON the Camera & Parent Unit and press the settings icon on the Parent Unit screen

Press the + for camera 1, this will now turn blue

Whilst the + icon is still blue press the Pairing Button on the top of the Camera Unit for 2-4 seconds and release

The + icon in camera 1 will now show as a red Bin Icon

When you see the red trash can icon show on screen pairing is complete

You may also need to connect your Sensor Pad to your Parent Unit:

Switch ON the Camera & Parent Unit and press the settings icon on the Parent Unit screen

Press the pairing icon to enter pairing menu

If there is a red bin in the top row press this and a red TICK icon will show:

Press the red TICK icon to delete the red bin

Press and hold the blue cross until it turns to a blue circle

Once connected the red bin will appear again to indicate the Sensor Pad is connected

If there is no red bin icon in the top row press and hold the blue cross until it turns to a blue circle:

Once connected the red bin will appear again to indicate the Sensor Pad is connected
