Sleepcurve mattress

Unfortunately, Angelcare do not recommend the use of the Sleepcurve with the Angelcare Movement Monitor, as this could mask the movement of baby. We have had customers who use this and contact us with this issue when using the combined products.

Angelcare Movement Monitors are designed to monitor the movements of baby. It can be used in a standard crib with regular foam mattress.

The Sensor Pad is placed under the mattress. It detects baby’s movements and therefore parents/carers must take into consideration the thickness of the mattress and also the amount of layers that baby is wearing when put to bed.

Too many layers, wet diaper and/or a thick mattress combined with a Sleepcurve could affect the Sensor Pad’s ability to monitor baby effectively.

Every child is an individual and will have a different pattern of movement. With this in mind the sensitivity of the Sensor Pad can be adjusted to suit different sleeping arrangements/mattresses.

Whilst we have not tested the Sensor Pad with the Sleepcurve we do know that the Sensor Pad will NOT work with a hollow framed mattress, memory foam mattress, high density mattress.
